Zebra is currently holding a voluntary recall of power supply units (PSUs) affecting some of our printer models. Read the FAQs to learn more.
Please validate your power supply to determine if it is impacted by our recall. All fields marked with * are required.
Use this form to validate up to 10 PSUs at the same facility. If you need to validate PSUs located at multiple facilities, please fill out one form for each facility.

Please recycle the destroyed PSU(s) and cable(s) in compliance with your local regulations. If you are not sure how or where to do this, contact the reseller who sold you your equipment.
We’ve checked our records and confirmed that your PSU(s) are not affected by this recall. You can continue to use your PSU(s) as you normally do.
