ZP500 PLUS/ZP505/ZP550 Power Supply Recall Validation Form

Zebra is currently holding a voluntary recall of power supply units (PSUs) affecting some of our printer models. Read the FAQs to learn more.

  • If you have not visited our Power Supply Recall home page prior to visiting this form, please click on this link and follow the instructions on that page: www.zebra.com/power-supply-recall-zp5xx. If you are contacting us regarding a printer other than a ZP500 PLUS, ZP505 or ZP550, please click here.

  • If you purchased any PSUs in the affected timeframe for use as replacements or spares, it is possible that those are affected as well. Please contact Zebra at the telephone number below.
    • NOTE: The PSUs which were sold with the ZP500 (predecessor to the ZP500 PLUS) were NOT impacted, as the ZP500 went End Of Life in 2008. HOWEVER, if you purchased a replacement power supply for one of these ZP500s during the impacted timeframe, your replacement PSU MAY be impacted by the recall.

  • Use this form to validate up to 10 PSUs at the same facility. If you need to validate PSUs located at multiple facilities, please fill out one form for each facility.
